Arthrosamid® is a new, safe and innovative treatment that is designed to relieve and treat pain caused by osteoarthritis. It’s the brand name of a drug that is injected into the knee. It is a single-dose that provides long-acting pain relief without the need for surgery. Arthrosamid® is based on hydrogel technology. The non-biodegradable injection is 97.5% water combined with a 2.5% cross-linked polyacrylamide. it works to cushion and lubricate the joint.
